Manipulative and cunning . Doesn't have growth culture
They are supportive of your actions and treat you with respect.
Paying their teachers. Focusing on academics. Listening to the people on the front lines.

I'm part time, so i do t get full benefits. However, even though I'm not paid fairly within the company, i still make a satisfying wage.
medical insurance package available now
Health care and retirement plans.
Missing paychecks from last year still not resolved. Pay dispute was from an error in direct deposit made on company behalf
Pay structure too heavily rewards sales targets, while underpaying the rest of the team.
Improve base pay for all
The company has made it clear they dont care about any of their employees. Our managers have repeated that to us.
Monthly bonuses should be paid out to ECs for doing the core of the work to make monthly budget.
My coworkers are smart, fun and competent, but none of that has anything to do with C2. We're good despite the fact we work for C2, and C2 is only ever a albatross around our necks, and never a force that supports or rewards our drive for excellence.
Supportive, goal driven, cooperative, enjoyable to be with
Co-operative, understanding and supportive of team members
my coworkers are at different centers with different experiences. it's very unlikely that these individuals will openly talk about what makes their techniques most effective. it's like a puzzle and you gotta figure it out yourself or you're gonna get replaced.

Office staff needs to be competent in education management and customer service. They need to be relatable to customers, put their needs first and deescalate conflicts rather than creating them.
the most positive are the students believing in you to make the correct decisions to help them get to where they are when in low key they do most of the work themselves. anyway, seeing smiles on those that worked was the most positive thing about the job.

We actually work as a team for our students. I know if I make a recommendation about a student to my team or mgmt, it's taken seriously and usually implemented. Conversely, I can extend that courtesy to my coworkers and trust that their recommendation is sound
At my center the tutors learn from one another, respect each other, and have a healthy camaraderie. We consistently set up a lighthearted but academically rigorous atmosphere.
Everyone is very supportive and helpful to one another.
Working with students and their families
Transparency among the top management and mid management
anybody with decent credentials can get a foot in the door. but you better be ready for the interview or else it's a simple good luck on your next interview. very straightforward.

It seemed to be pretty fast.

The interview process was quite positive and fast. I had 4 interviews with HR, CD, DM and RVP. It seemed like a great company to work for at the time with great people.
The nature of the job. I live teaching and love seeing my students thrive.
the mixing up of teachers and having 2-3 students per tutor yet not having enough capable tutors was the most embarrassingly wrong thing about the company. small centers can thrive with one or two extremely good tutors working with handful of extremely bright students. big centers, it's impossible.

Too much paperwork required of us
Staff in place from EC position, DM, and up are only focuses on, told to focus on money, not quality of product or making customers feel valued. Needs a complete cultural change.
Positive work culture and environment can motivate employees
Sometimes students can be very rude and annoying, but mainly because of the repetitive sessions.
