What do you like best about the leadership team?
the support and autonomy they give you to develop your own career
Great, awesome, Doin good everytime
The trust they show and the way they want you to do well and go further up in the company
They lead by example- it's a "do as I do" which promotes my learning and is an encouraging platform for my training style
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Isn't the worst but I do feel that there is an extreme amount of pressure and high expectations for new hires
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental and medical coverage is decent
The flexibilty, technological support that has made the unknown of the pandemic one that I can be assured that all aspects of my life will be more than just ok- and this steadiness of knowing I have a company that supports this for all its employees is both assuring and relieving

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super supportive and wonderful my main gripe is with the constant micromanaging
friendly, collaborative, supportive, inspiring, best in the industry
There’s a unity in our TE

Authentic approach to positive communication that is brings momentum to our meetings. I feel a deep sense that all are present when there is interaction which to me is demonstrative of a high level of respect for each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the staff is good not all are reliable but some are decent
Whoever I meet- and interact with is a welcoming expereince. Online environment is different- but the online experience is also supporting ways to keep the connections and engagements real and positive

What did you like most about the interview process?
Questioning a difficult question to me
The ability to connect wuickly with HR at beginning when interviews where being arranged. If i had questions- HR was incredibly quick to respond and provided the answers I needed at the time- super helpful approach :)
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
more task orientated to ensure the people with the necessary skill sets are employed
What makes you most happy at work?
that im doing it for me, just as much as i am for the rest of the company
Serving the people securing the land
The abiity to adapt and be flexible, while maintaining focus on goals during these times. Feeling strong and healthy and ready to work is not something i can take for granted as not everyone I know has this level of company or organizational support to keep work safe amidst this pandemic.
