Get rid of the 3 star review process to save yourself money- give all employees respect. Practices are shady and hostile

I have not had a positive experience with this company's treatment of employees. It is not a safe space. I am underpaid, and women are paid less than men there.

Tenured employees make significant less pay than industry standard.

Better pay for sure reasonable

If they paid me more than a stock boy at Walmart and had pay ranges based on the job and not based on employees current salary.

Not much. Thank you from clients is positive but not direct team feedback with creative team is chronically negative for those they excludd and outcast.

My entire team is supportive and flexible. We all have personal lives and everyone works to accommodate each other while also delivering on deadlines/projects.

Everyone is scared to death of being fired. A lot of finger-pointing is done because people don't want to be fired. There is no accountability and if you do speak up, you are in big trouble.

Better managers better HR, can you higher playing the need to have a welcoming committee that explains everything to you and doesn't expect you to find out on your own

Lack of respect. Gossip from managers in creative. Exclusion. Playing favorites. Too dependant on getting what you need from uncooperative coworkers.

The company is $60 billion in debt and News 12 has thrown most of its employees out the door. It is an unethical company.

Altice USA doesn't care about employees or customers. They only care about penny pinching. Employees are quitting and those positions are not being refilled, causing more work for remaining employees.

Everything is wront since bought out sell the company

Customer service has been moved overseas and most of the face to face with customers is done by contractors.
