I have not had a positive experience with this company's treatment of employees. It is not a safe space. I am underpaid, and women are paid less than men there.

My entire team is supportive and flexible. We all have personal lives and everyone works to accommodate each other while also delivering on deadlines/projects.

Too many layers to get thing done
Everyone is scared to death of being fired. A lot of finger-pointing is done because people don't want to be fired. There is no accountability and if you do speak up, you are in big trouble.
Better managers better HR, can you higher playing the need to have a welcoming committee that explains everything to you and doesn't expect you to find out on your own

Altice USA doesn't care about employees or customers. They only care about penny pinching. Employees are quitting and those positions are not being refilled, causing more work for remaining employees.

Customer service has been moved overseas and most of the face to face with customers is done by contractors.
