The team generally seems to care about one another.
Congruency between expectation and practice. It's a mining and ready-mix concrete company though, so I don't expect very much.
The leadership team needs to be better at clearly communicating in many ways. Company culture is routinely repeated and subsequently undermined by intentional ignorance or acceptance of 'how-it-has-always-been' processes.
I feel undervalued in part due to the lack of structure around expectations and feedback. Over or underperformance seem to be irrelevant, but I am driven to overperformance. I desire some recognition for this outside of platitudes which do not seem meaningful.
