What is the best part about your compensation package?The medical and dental insurance is fair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?My manager tries to keep it flexible and casual.
What did you like most about the interview process?The use of phone interviews in the first phase of the process was mutually convenient.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Faculty members are not valued enough in this institution. Administrators take advantage of our contributions to advance their own careers. We need a fair contract. And admin must stop giving competent individuals more responsibilities to compensate for their poor hiring decisions.
