We have comprehensive health, life, dental and vision care plus get legal and pet insurance along with other wellness perks for managing finances and mental wellness.

Mine and my dependent 's insurance package, it quite good.

PTO is great, health benefits are top quality and the company pays a generous portion. The disability, a life insurance and EAP are free. Work schedules are flexible for all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Certain levels outside of executives should have stock options as well as country club memberships. These are fairly inexpensive perks that add extraordinary benefits to the employee.

I know that I am valued, but I feel taken advantage of. I have been seen as a leader since my first year here, yet after two promotions I'm expected to act like a manager without a manager title or $. I am heavily relied upon and continue to take on more responsibility without a clear path forward.
