Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?In the 6 years I've worked for CHA, none has been the least bit interested in my growth or skills development.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to learn that assessment is a two-way process. Everything at CHA is top-down and the management isn't nearly as clever as they think they are.
