What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's a welcoming environment, its friendly and kind. You can feel comfortable being who you are. People really respect one another. It's also a funny and high energy environment.

It's very casual and hands-off, and there is plenty of support on the sidelines when you ask for it!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
