What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is amazing. He communicates effectively and works to build up his direct reports in not only their work capacity but also in them personally.

I have the ability to get overtime, when necessary, though I would like to be able to have some bonuses or stock options.

We work very well together. There is good team support and communication.
