I used to work in one in LI. The only good thing about the job was getting to spend time with all the dogs, but it's not worth the stress. The co-workers are OK however the managers are not nice and have favorites. You'll be worried about what they'll yell at you next for.

Nothing, just the dogs are great

The positive is the dogs and the rewarding feeling of caring for them and playing with them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers are nice people in general but its still easy to feel left out by them since theres usually a clique of the favorites against everyone else.
