What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They all need to be replaced with more mature and professional people.

The new management and teenagers and young adults needs supervision , discipline and rules.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked really hard and took care of dogs and did a 100% job, I was written up wrongfully and they made me quit. I never got my tips also.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They had no team work, communication or kindness . Other people need a chance to learn other things too, too much favoritism and the assistant manager needs to get fired Sara Cooper.
