They provide no training. Yell at employees and stomp at dogs. The over all experience has been unprofessional and discouraging.

Communication and compassion to customers, employees and animals.

They talked up the training and system which i havent seen in actual practice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Half of the employees are fantastic the rest drag their feet and contribute to a gossip mill instead of focusing on work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incredibly undervalued as well as I see other working hard that also are. More positive attitudes and slightly higher pay for the amount of work put in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs corrcting. The two men in charge have been inappropriate and unprofessional and non compassionate. They expect all the benefits of employees work without contributing to the team or training. Very unprofessional.
