Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This job is physically demanding and often ended up leaving you tired or with a lot of scratches and bad feelings towards the all the drama. Something that isn't barely above minimum wage would be far more acceptable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to be more considerate to physical injuries. I had to come in and "finish my shift" for 45 minutes after breaking 2 fingers and being at the hospital. I did nothing but sit there until my time was up and it was pointless, just causing me more pain.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have less favoritism and drama. And don't blame bad behavior on "a family like environment, and families fight sometimes." If that's true then this is a dysfunctional family. You don't have the right to act like a child and be that unprofessional and just blow it away with a trivial reason.
