toxic work environment that underpays its workers, get an 8 hour shift with no breaks and not allowed to sit down or even have phones in pockets. Coworkers may be nice but favouritism is blatant and management can be unprofessional (i.e. giving full-time hours after explicitly stating part-time).
What makes you most happy at work?
Being with dogs and petting them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Stop having favouritism from management and clear out toxic members that have caused numerous employees to quit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Talking with a few select coworkers, though usually stopped by management as they do not condone interacting in the yards.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Good leadership from experienced coworkers, though there are few that are hostile and condescending. Might also act unprofessional with not doing work because after working there for so long they "stopped caring".
What did you like most about the interview process?
Initially I liked it because it was very open and promising. However I now realize it was merely a baiting tactic to attract employees to work in an unfair work environment that underpays for its tasks and shows blatant favouritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$10/hr for a job that is not worth $10/hr. First add lunch breaks like a normal job and let me be treated fairly and not like some commodity. Should be allowed to hold on to personal belongings without being forced to put them in exposed cubbies. Allow staff to rest when needed.
