It's not a bad place to work as long as you are ok with a stagnant career and micromanagement

HR is absolutely horrible here. The only way to get an answer is to check copy your director. The policies keep getting worse yearly. its stifling. I don't see how they well keep people or get new hires

I felt that I was used and thrown away. I worked hard but was never recognized or compensated fairly for my efforts.

Total lack of leadership. Even my direct manager often wasn't available or couldn't answer the questions I had in order to do my job better. At times it felt like she didn't care at all. Most of the time she was only concerned with herself.

More vacation would do for the lack of pay

I put in so much hard work and effort, even bringing my laptop home everyday to complete more after work hours but was never compensated fairly. My salary was too low for the amount of work I was handling as well.

They weren't helpful at all and often put themselves first. They need to worry less about themselves and more about the department as a team.

Upper management needs to stop being so selfish. They continue to cut benefits as they line their pockets with the profits the company makes.

Upper management only cares about themselves. They make decisions with little remorse for how it will affect those below them.
