Hopefully change is on the horizon. Pride as a Canadian to serve all addresses as a company.

They are attempting to transform the company to being a better global citizen and better employee engagement and improve union relations

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not get paid enough for my role. The benefits I have are the worst I have ever had in any company I have worked for.
