they dont care about employees as people they just want bodies on the floor. they take away breaks because they weren't organized to schedule people to cover them. they also expect cashiers to basically be security guards and if thats what they expect they should pay the same.
We work our heads off and our salaries are reduced at any time with no consultation. Benefits do not cover much.
They give you so much to do with very low paycheck stub & no benefits for part time employees except paid vacation.
Cause they give you so much things to do for not paying you enough or respecting you.
