What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with and the stability of the Company

Direct peers and team members

Talking to customer and helping them to find what they need to complete the project they are doing

Being able to help a customer find what they came in for and have them happy with the price therapy

Getting the job done on time

Being able to help people solve problems, or come up with better solutions to the problem they have at the time.

Working with good employees every day

When customers are clearly happy that I've been able to help them. It's nice to make a genuine connection as well

Independence to do my job, and receiving acknowledgment when i do it well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better product offerings- better onlines experience

Stores shouldn't be handed over to people because they were born with a silver spoon.

inconsistent service, unorganization leads customers waiting for a long time causing them to get frustrated

Most employees hide at the washroom or at the warehouse cause they don't want to deal with rude customers.

Most of them are lazy & always hide at the washroom or at the warehouse plus a lot of gossiping in that place so it's not healthy at all to work there.

Unsure of how customers perceive this brand. Actually, if anything it seems to be well-liked as a staple in Canadian retail.

Lots of things is going wrong in the store I work at. And I heard that others store doesn't deals with these problems. I think the entire store need restructuring. Since I've 6 year experience as Department manager at Wal-Mart I know how a department store should look. It's not what I'm facing here.

Typically, I feel greatly disconnected from the overall company strategy. Much of the work that I seen done around me, and in my own job is very mundane.
