It's awful to work there specially the one at 686 queenston rd, Hamilton cause the Co owner Dawnya comb is a very raicist person & use to treat me like shit becuase I'm an Iraqi from middle east.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They started being nice & became nasty as soon as you get the job... Unbelievable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Most employees hide at the washroom or at the warehouse cause they don't want to deal with rude customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They give you so much to do with very low paycheck stub & no benefits for part time employees except paid vacation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It needs to be a healthy place to work at & not an abusive from the owners & manager towards their employees.
