Despite being remote, we're always trying to include people.

We get a day off every year to volunteer. Canidium is always thinking of the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together, even if you've never interacted with that person before. We're all happy to share knowledge.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with awesome people and the ability to figure out problems, and in turn make the customer happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I came here from a big corporation and the culture change is amazing. If you have a plan to do something that will benefit the company, you can do it, instead of being roadblocked by some department you've never heard of. Everyone is highly intelligent and it's a great place to work!
What did you like most about the interview process?
As an interviewer, I'm not looking to make the interview super difficult or give you impossible questions. We mostly make sure you have enough technical background to learn the new tools, and that you're a good culture fit to work with our teams. I've never asked "why are manholes round" or the like
