While sometimes hectic and stressful, working at Canidium has been a pleasure so far. The work is rewarding, and the people are great to work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The recently added 401k matching is nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Availability and knowledgeable. Everyone seems very eager and ready to help out anyone who asks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessibility. I've never worked for a smaller company before, and being able to message and quickly interact with anyone on the leadership team is really nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility. Knowing that if I need to, I can set an appointment or go run an errand, and, as long as I get the work done, no one will harp on it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Canidium promotes a culture of team work which is really nice. If I need help, I know there will be someone who is able and willing to help me out, even if they aren't on that particular project.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interacting with the actual employees. I went through an interview with a senior architect and my potential boss before I was hired. It was nice to get to know some of the people that worked there before I started.
