I am very happy that I was selected to join Canidium. The team has been growing at a rapid pace. There is a lot of training available. Everyone is willing to learn, help and explore new opportunities. This comes from the top down to all employees.

The leadership team makes themselves available at all times. They share information regularly with staff. They make us feel important, we are one big team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a remote employee is sometimes difficult. Our team is in contact with each other daily, mostly using chats. It keeps the day going, as there is fun conversations a lot of times. The chats are also very informative and an easy way to alert of something new.
