Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a small company Canidium is not able to offer the greatest benefits, like some of the big corporations are. But the benefits offered are adequate.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to speak with someone currently doing the job I was hired for. It allowed be to ask more questions and gave me better insight into the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is not afraid to jump in and help when needed. They know the products and processes from the ground up. Leadership is also very flexible and they do not micromanage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity of my team is amazing, people from all over the world bring their individual experiences to the table. With diversity great ideas and successful solutions are produced with regularity and I have grown beyond anything I could have imagined.
