They are extremely smart and creative. They are very effective at solving very complicated problems with well thought-out solutions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the pay. The pay is excellent at Canidium relative to the hours that we are required to work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more personal than most interviews I've had. The interviewing process wasn't very formalized and was pretty mild compared to other interviews I've had in the past.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very fair to they employee and treat everyone very well. They care to invest a lot into the benefits and the culture and make a lot of sacrifices to ensure everyone is successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the Internal Social Media outlet the team offers. Our Google Plus has an outlet for peer recognition and it is very encouraging to see the feedback that people give one another.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing wrong with the company. I don't think the position I'm in is the right position for me and often think about other opportunities. But I stay because of how the Executives treat their employees, the excellent work-life balance the company offers and the benefits package is pretty solid.
