Canidium has a culture of celebrating when people do well or meet daily challenges. Even if you are not one who is driven by recognition, you receive it and it can't help but make you proud and happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As stated earlier, this is a diverse company that has a consistently positive attitute. Leadership truly leads, especially in challenging times. Most anyone can act like a leader in good times, but this team works harder and communicates better when times are tough!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Canidium is not insisting that people "check all the boxes". They are willing to discuss what you know and what you want to learn. Then they focus on mentoring you and training you to be a long term, productive employee. This comes across in the interview.
