What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are involved and responsive who give proper guidance to new-comers with equal support and respect.
They are connected with their employees. They make themselves accessible and open to views/ opinions/ suggestions. They also can admit when they don?
Everyone on the leadership team leads with heart and compassion. They're also very accessible. You can reach out to them about anything.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I liked everything about CannonDesign so far. The work culture is great. You feel heard for your ideas and get support to implement them.
The firm employs some of the most brilliant minds in the industry. It's great being able to feed off the creativity of others.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even at the busiest times near deadlines, you get sufficient time to produce and get equal support from your seniors in case you get stuck.
Diversity is obviously an important issue for the firm. They're making good progress in making the firm more representative of the communities we design for.

I was given enough time and attention to show my portfolio with full interest in my skillset and goals.

Everything is spot-on. Positive people.
