What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits are good and I appreciate the hybrid work schedule.

Benefits, retirement plan, very fairly paid.

I get to work with the most technically professional teams ever.

salary, bonus package is nice extra but not conclusive for job choice.

Great rate and fair terms.

Excellent for parents. Child care reimbursement. Strong PPO. Fair rate of premiums. Sadly the bonuses were not coming in anymore, but they do exist in a profitable year.

Overtime expected with no extra pay. Below inflation or zero pay rises at flat rate so higher paid employees (executives and managers) benefit while lower grades fall behind. Provide transparency on salaries and how they are really calculated

I am a temporary employee so I get no benefits

If technology staff was more understanding

I do wish I was paid more for what I do, but hopefully with patience and time I will be accommodated for my worth.

I recently did a salary comparison with my same level of experience and discovered those individuals base salary 20k more than mine.

The experience I brought, the efforts and work I contributed were never recognised or appreciated. Appreciation can be from just words but words can remains as words no more than that. There should be real compensation by actions not words on annual review.
