What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Treating people with respect and accepting responsibility and accountability. Stop feathering your own nests at the expense of actual workers. Listen to and act on these reviews as these themes are continuous but don't change.

Being transparent!! Let the supervisor and other leads room to do their without management overshadowing them

Review from Operations Dept

More diversity and people of color in leadership ship roles. Be more active in the community so people can relate to those they are buying from

Communicate must approach and engage with staffs on many issues but managers are only interested in their own success. There is no discussions on staffs development, growth and future plans with the company. Managers need to improve on staffs engagement.

Review from Operations Dept

Listening to their employees concerns and making a great place to work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Overtime expected with no extra pay. Below inflation or zero pay rises at flat rate so higher paid employees (executives and managers) benefit while lower grades fall behind. Provide transparency on salaries and how they are really calculated

I am a temporary employee so I get no benefits

If technology staff was more understanding

I do wish I was paid more for what I do, but hopefully with patience and time I will be accommodated for my worth.

I recently did a salary comparison with my same level of experience and discovered those individuals base salary 20k more than mine.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Proper training and systems. Stop fear and blame culture

People need to care about their jobs and the downstream effects of decisions.

Teams usually pretty good, they overcome the management shortcomings.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Senior leadership need to face reality and train management to create a less toxic work environment, reduce greed at senior levels and increase fairness in the workplace. Live up to so called Kyosei philosophy instead of just saying the word a lot and ignoring the real situation.

Shakedown from top to bottom. Need to foster a positive, learning environment that maximizes the strengths of each employee.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

You had to really ask tons of questions, there was no rhyme or reason to the interview.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Core markets are in decline. More innovation and clear out of slow Japanese outdated culture. Stop virtue signalling DE&I commitment and abandoning it as soon as business is bad

The environment is kind of depressing we're closed off in a room with no windows and it would be nice if the company could provide refreshments and more quality lunch break area

Review from Customer Support Dept

You will be doing lots of reports and such, and if you don't get it right the first time, they will let you go without trial.

The overall pay scale should be reviewed
