Mr. Sampson has been a General Manager of Canterbury Park Holding Corporation since September 1995 and also serves as its Treasurer. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Canterbury Park Holding Corporation since December 5, 2016 and as its Chief Financial Officer from December 5, 2016 to September 10, 2017. Mr. Sampson has been active in horse industry associations and serves as Vice President and Director of the Thoroughbred Racetracks of America and served as President of the Minnesota Thoroughbred Association. He has been a Director of Canterbury Park Holding Corporation since March 1994 and Communications Systems Inc., since 1999. Mr. Sampson received his CPA certification in 1982.
