- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A rate that is equivalent to the responsibility and stress of the job. Being paid a dollar over minimum wage and people at fast food chains making as much as you really hammers home how little pay you receive. PTO is nice but the cost of living makes a job like this impossible if you live alone.
