What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure if i ever found something i liked
They are smart and strategic, but not at the cost of relationships

not firing people and making up false promises

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A rate that is equivalent to the responsibility and stress of the job. Being paid a dollar over minimum wage and people at fast food chains making as much as you really hammers home how little pay you receive. PTO is nice but the cost of living makes a job like this impossible if you live alone.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture was built on being a community partner. We pride ourselves in helping grow our community and our people.
Senior leaders are approachable and willing to help other associates rise within the organization
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better food and better management
The unity and harmony between the blacks and the white minority groups
What did you like most about the interview process?
Management seemed easy going in the inital interview. They were professional and madd the bank seem fun.
Managers look for a combination of skill and fit
The transparency - Job descriptions and "a day in the life of the role" are provided to help interviewees conceptualize the work from the start

The repeat clients made me the most happy. They were glad to see me and i was glad to see them.
Making a difference for the company, community and associates
The environment is fun, the work is engaging, and my co-workers are awesome people
