Honestly, it is the intangibles. The job comes with lots of flexibility, autonomy and grow opportunities. The benefits are good but its the things that aren't on paper that I love the most.

How I will be paid fluctuates nearly every month and it is never clear when earned bonuses will be paid out. The way employee pay is handled could be described as "cavalier" at best.
