The company environment is very much like many tech and co-working companies. It is a flexible layout that cultivates innovation and collaboration.
We are in the trenches together. We are the ones who keep the building, events, memberships, etc. in order and running smoothly, but are the most under paid. Through this you bond with your team. We work together to get things done and everyone gives their all.
Staff is empathetic and supportive. There tends to be a pretty good culture fit of those hired here.
