Executive Bio

Mr. Frank G. LaPrade, III, J.D., has been the Chief Enterprise Services Officer at Capital One Financial Corporation since 2010 and has been its Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer since January 2004. Mr. LaPrade manages Information Technology, Brand Marketing, Corporate Development, Digital Banking and Procurement for Capital One. Mr. LaPrade joined Capital One in January 1996. Since that time he has served in various positions, including as Capital One's Deputy General Counsel responsible for managing its litigation, employment, intellectual property and transactional practice areas. Prior to joining Capital One, he worked at McGuire Woods where he was a commercial and intellectual property litigator. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of North Hill Ventures, LP. He received a J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
