They need to be more honest, sincere, and supportive of their staff members.
Review from Operations Dept
Keeping to the presented strategy and not change it every week
Review from Operations Dept
Need to be much better at retaining good employees and letting go toxic and underperforming employees Having clear direction on future technology and product roadmap Really focus on diversity and promote it internally instead of just talking about it publicly and having the opposite in practice.
Review from Engineering Dept
Setting a vision and strategy and replacing incompetent management
Review from Sales Dept
They can absolutely get better at communicating across teams/depts so that we are better aligned as a whole.
Review from Operations Dept
I feel as though I've been lied to, withheld from opportunities, and encouraged not to follow the career path I've set for myself.
Review from Operations Dept
I'm very low in my range but have a ton of experience.
Review from Engineering Dept
Pay at least market rates, path of promotion and do not present legal required insurance as a beneft
Review from Operations Dept
Offer project or goal based bonuses and 401k matching. Stock bonuses are cool but the only cash based compensation we have is our salary which changes once a year
Review from Engineering Dept
Was compensated less than my peers in the same position for several years. Benefits have decreased almost every year.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better culture with respect and inclusion of all employees no matter what their title is. Less people managing and trying to manage and more people doing actual work and delivering on their tasks.
Review from Engineering Dept
I have some wonderful coworkers and many that are there to only promote themselves. So collaboration and not being workplace bullies would be a great start
Review from Engineering Dept
The experience co-workers are great to work alongside, supportive, and helpful. The new coworkers are (obviously) inexperienced but are less receptive to receiving or asking for advice and support from long-time Carbonites. They act less as a team
Review from Sales Dept
Be more present in meetings. Most people in software are staring at their screens during important demos
Review from Engineering Dept
Listen to each other. Be less smug and more humble. Treat people like people.
Review from Engineering Dept
Removal of employees/managers that have complaints from multiple people across different groups instead of promoting them. Provide a culture where everyone has a seat at the table and is respected no matter the level/job title, race, or gender.
Review from Engineering Dept
The team of people. Way too many inexperienced people.
Review from Engineering Dept
Spend less time grandstanding and presenting the "Everything is up and to the right" perspective. I'm not saying go negative, but be more honest about acknowledging the losses and hardships. Right now executive credibility isn't high.
Review from Operations Dept
Being inclusive to those not located in the RWC area. Company culture is very important to the company if you go into the main office
Review from Customer Success Dept
More DEIB focus, dedicated team members towards culture at the company.

Role and project opportunities, pay transparency, pay equity, performance reviews, job-specific training, job-specific tools, role responsibilities, and engagement surveys that show results on the experience that different demographics have at Carbon can be improved.
Review from Operations Dept
Poor leadership, to limited resources, no direction
Review from Operations Dept
Forecast decrease, need better performance on sales, need better customer engagement for volumes (automation, factory-designed printer, product/segment oriented application, rolling new product roadmap and not just sticking with what we have)

Review from Engineering Dept
The company vision changes too often, and the scope of the company's aspirations has only broaden rather than narrowed. Carbon is spread too thin in many areas and applies resources equally to work that doesn't produce the targeted outcomes.
Review from Operations Dept
Change its vision from R&D to business. This a company, start acting like one
