If I was actually compensated for the work I do and have done in the past. I'm still waiting for my sacrifices to be paid for.

We are real with one another, open to feedback, work collaboratively and helpful towards one another.

an environment of 'working together' and effectively
Most of the individuals are well under qualified
Actually being software engineers.
