Better screening of the individuals in roles of power
Have them conduct true interview and not just attempt to fill a position and find ways to void the contract prior to the one year anniversary.
These people play games with employees lives. They speak negatively of people of color. They are quick to talk down to people, inner into contracts and look for ways to get out of those contracts.
The office needs more toilets.
