When the minority employees are compensated and promoted at the same rate as their peers.

Eliminate removing minorities employee from staff meeting or separate meeting would be helpful. Stop treating minority staff different.

Better screening of the individuals in roles of power
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have them conduct true interview and not just attempt to fill a position and find ways to void the contract prior to the one year anniversary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
These people play games with employees lives. They speak negatively of people of color. They are quick to talk down to people, inner into contracts and look for ways to get out of those contracts.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The office needs more toilets.
