Mr. Simpson-Dent held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Cardpoint Limited, where he served since February 2012. rior to joining Cardpoint Limited, Mr. Simpson-Dent held various executive- and senior-level management positions with the European divisions of PepsiCo and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Simpson-Dent is Cambridge University-educated, a certified Chartered Accountant and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
