Our compensation is low when compared to industry average.
Hitting targets and goal before the Year End and not getting your bonus,
Go back to where it was before they started destroying the benefit. We had awesome insurance, a good 401k match and the like... It's been taken away.
Pay for all the accounts I sell

CareerBuilder doesn't have a great track record with many past customer. Additionally, the amount of advertising is dismal in comparison to our competitors.
Review from Sales Dept
Before the buyout in 2007, the focus was providing the customers with a product that delivered on its promises, and great attention was given to understanding each client's individual needs and selling them the products that would meet their particular needs. Go back to that. Rebuild customer trust

The product doesnt work and we cannot send reports
fix the culture. fix the lying, fix the comp plan, fix expectations
Review from Sales Dept
- Pay - below market even if they say "you're in the range"; pay increases are minimal so make sure to negotiate a high salary. - disciplined freedom value is misused causing confusion and inconsistent decision making - poor decision making on hires and promos some people shouldn't be in management
More training by people that are actually in the field doing the job would be great. The base salary could definitely be higher.
Review from Sales Dept
Continued focus on our products and culture.
