It was all phone based and easy to get through
What makes you most happy at work?
Not dealing with anyone face to face is a huge bonus. I'm not a fan of face to face customer service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay market value. Even T-mobile pays 20 bucks an hour to listen to imbeciles whine. We help doctors keep your healthcare organized and ORs track whether or not they left a sponge in you.
