For some reason there is hesitancy in promoting from within, but only in our group. The rest of the company Readily promote from within
rather than 6 one to one interviews, maybe have 2 two on one interviews. Felt like I was repeating myself or could not remember what I shared with previous person. Eliminate Friday at 5pm interviews.
