Very little complaining. Most come to meeting with the presentation of energy even if they are tired.

For some reason there is hesitancy in promoting from within, but only in our group. The rest of the company Readily promote from within
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
rather than 6 one to one interviews, maybe have 2 two on one interviews. Felt like I was repeating myself or could not remember what I shared with previous person. Eliminate Friday at 5pm interviews.
