Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Um probably better managers and stuff
I know i am undervalued. My boss talks poorly about me to other employees when i have worked overtime at the age of 17 and i go to highschool.
New hires starting pay is more than I currently make. Every year, they raise the starting pay, but do not increase the pay for current workers.
By giving raises that matter and not having crooked corrupt general manager ms

I believe the company has demographic equity issues in compensation.
The fact as a manager on duty makes 13 dollars is pathetic. I felt underpaid and overworked. McDonald's hires at starting for 18! No wonder why caribou cant keep anybody at their locations
