When out customers enjoy their beverage and experience and i see them again excited for their cup of coffee.

I enjoy spending time with my coworkers and managers. They are very positive and competent which makes working enjoyable.

My regulars and my 3-4 coworkers that make me feel comfortable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of motovation to work for a low paying company that over works you and treats you like your just a caged animal.
