What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The GM and some shift leads
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Literally everything. Communication, speed of service, attitudes, they way they spoke to one another.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of motovation to work for a low paying company that over works you and treats you like your just a caged animal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was amazing. We were a hige family, and handed our issues as a family and knocked stuff out if the ball park
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact as a manager on duty makes 13 dollars is pathetic. I felt underpaid and overworked. McDonald's hires at starting for 18! No wonder why caribou cant keep anybody at their locations
What did you like most about the interview process?
My original GM did my hiring and she was very interactive and out going, made it sound super fun. The new GM he is monotone and very just about the company not the team aspect of it.
