I set put with high expectations about the company but learned very quickly that there was a lot of favoritism amongst the executibe staff and a select group of employees

Treating everyone with respect, and fairness.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To many long hours because and lack of cammerodery. Hire more qualified and reliable staff with competitive pay rate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I feel undervalued. I would feel better about my compensation if i did not have to work so many hours for my salary
