Caring about their employees mental and physical health. Hiring people that have availability. Not letting 15/25 employees say no to working on weekends.

Hahahahaa. Um, they need to LEAD. To MANAGE what needs managing. The endless greed push is pretty much all they were about. Conditions could have been even worse than they were and still... money would have been their only concern.

I have been promised a raise for over two months after moving from the registers to the produce department. I have not been trained in produce.

Increase pay wages. More often pay raises

The compensation was one of the better aspects, but when you consider the non-existent work-life balance and endless stress and frustration, disrespect... no one is being compensated well or fairly.

I like working with food and the regular customers.... My supervisor talks bad about me to fellow coworkers but she talks bad about everyone

we have a very wide range of employees from various cultures and backgrounds, which makes a good mix

There are a few wonderful employees, too bad they come and go so quickly sometimes, you don't get to know them very well. They see the tone and either learn quickly to be quiet or just quit.

Friendly coworkers are the best part of the day.

We knew each other and could be straight forward and honest with each other

I was hired by the manager at the time for a specific purpose, that included duties she failed to mention and I was already being blocked by co workers that had terrible attitudes ...it went south quickly because of poor management skills and training methods..

They seem to know help is needed and explain in detail what they are looking for
