I liked all the people and managed to hammer out something of a little team identity, but management did and does not recognize such things nor do they do their part to foster such important relationships. It was a total free-for-all.
Employees are outstanding but unfortunately leave because of multiple reasons.

My coworkers need to have a level of maturity and leadership
Do the work given, get off cell phone and focus on tasks rather than where they are all going to go after work to get drunk together
We could work better as a team , which was impossible to do because of poor management.
There are no meetings with managers and employees. So noone knows where they stand. There is never no feedback given. Quarterly meetings are a must for managers and individual employees to discuss the positive first then areas of improvement

Team building exercises don't exist. Always being short staffed makes it impossible for certain specialists to do their job. Ex. seafood and cheese specialist expected to do two departments. Whereas coffee/bulk and grocery specialist focus on their department.
