What did you like most about the interview process?
We knew each other and could be straight forward and honest with each other
I was hired by the manager at the time for a specific purpose, that included duties she failed to mention and I was already being blocked by co workers that had terrible attitudes ...it went south quickly because of poor management skills and training methods..
They seem to know help is needed and explain in detail what they are looking for

It's ok but need too be more clear about what u are getting in bcuz when u get in it's not what the say it is they dont work in the store
There were no questions, the only question was what was my minimum pay requirement

Write things down and make sure things are remembered such as, disabilities, availability, and overall experience.

It's virtually non existent.. as is the training
Because of how rushed every one is due to cuts in staff and hours the interview was very rushed

They don't ask the basic information that is suppose to be done during interviews. Only ask what is your availability and what you used to do before.

Background checks and references actually look into people’s work histo
More thorough. Letters of recommendation should be required
