What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to the people when they explain issues

Caring about their employees mental and physical health. Hiring people that have availability. Not letting 15/25 employees say no to working on weekends.

Hahahahaa. Um, they need to LEAD. To MANAGE what needs managing. The endless greed push is pretty much all they were about. Conditions could have been even worse than they were and still... money would have been their only concern.

Rewarding loyal employees with regular consistent hours, And stop rewarding customers who exhibit hostile and aggressive behaviors

They are totally unresponsive in negative comments. They lose customers, and business. I came out of retirement to work there. I come from an executive background, this store is horribly managed. The turn-over is unbelievable. They need to have a management change over.

Training Period especially there Department Heads

Worst people ever no communication they have no idea what they are doing wveryone has different schddules in their hands tell employees different things then argue with you about why youve not gotten paid and it hasnt shown up in three weeks

Mostly everything! Employees are overwhelmed and not taken care of. The manager uses the phrase "Do what you can with what you've got" this is no way motivational or productive for anyone. PLEASE IT IS IMOORTANT the way things are being handled is not beneficial to the company or anyone.
