What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like working with food and the regular customers.... My supervisor talks bad about me to fellow coworkers but she talks bad about everyone
we have a very wide range of employees from various cultures and backgrounds, which makes a good mix
There are a few wonderful employees, too bad they come and go so quickly sometimes, you don't get to know them very well. They see the tone and either learn quickly to be quiet or just quit.
Friendly coworkers are the best part of the day.

Eh... hard to point to anything positive. They have lots of pretty words to describe their warm and welcoming culture, but like so many companies... they are just words and ideas. It actually was the most disrespectful work environment I've been in.

More Training and truly letting your employees know you care for them
All new management who know what they are doing and can answer employees questions or complete a schedule properly they all have different ones for store they all think they are the store manager theres no complete and accurate story from any of them

Respect for the management in the stores. Most office personnel dream up things sitting at home that are not practical
